A Gold Coast man accused of illegally selling alcohol at a motorcycle gang clubhouse will fight the charge.
Allan Desmond Gow, 57, is facing a charge of selling liquor without a licence after police raided the Rebels' clubhouse at Nerang in June.
In a brief mention at Southport Magistrates Court on Wednesday, representatives for Gow's legal team told the court he intended to take the matter to trial.
The case has been adjourned until November 27 when it will be allocated for a half-day hearing.
Gow remains on bail.
His arrest in June followed a raid where police searched the clubhouse, seizing alcohol, cash and undisclosed items.
The operation was part of Taskforce Vanguard, a police project targeting bikie gxxgs and their members in southeast Queensland.
