A 22-YEAR-OLD alleged nominee of the Comanchero outlaw bikie gang has been arrested and charged over a fight in a licensed club at Mudgee.
Police say on Wednesday, April 24, a group of men believed to be members and associates of the Comanchero attended the club on Mortimer St, Mudgee.
About 10:45pm, one of the men in the group became involved in a fight with another patron at the club.
Security guards were able to separate the pair before the group left the premises.
Detectives from the Gangs Squad’s Strike Force Raptor yesterday (Tuesday) executed a search warrant at a property on Vales Rd, Mannering Park, on the Central Coast, seizing clothing, mobile phones and steroids before arresting the 22-year-old resident.
He was taken to Wyong Police Station where he was charged with affray and three counts of possess prescribed restricted substance.
The man was granted conditional bail and is scheduled to appear in Mudgee Local Court next month.
